- College Graduate in Human Resources Mgt, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent dscipline
- 5 years work experience as Officer/Supervisory level
- Knowledgeable in identifying, implementation and assessment of training and development needs of employees
- Can conduct training for in-house courses and produce training materials
- Good time-keeping skills and to effectively manage training schedules
- with good interpersonal skills, Excellent communication skills both oral and written
